Captain Muazzam Ali Shaheed Welfare Trust (CMAST) is operating as a welfare trust formed under the Trust Act 1882. The Trust is registered at the Registrar/Tehsildar Office, Fatima Jinnah Road, Jhelum.
CMAST is registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan with a NTN 4281732-3. Yearly Tax returns are regularly submitted to the FBR.
Captain Muazzam Ali Shaheed Welfare Trust (CMAST) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Helping Hands for Relief and Development (HHRD), an internationally recognized NGO that works on the relief and development in several developing countries. Under the MoU HHRD will provide the medical supplies and used medical equipment on demand to Muazzam Hospital. HHRD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit charity and the donation is tax deductible under U.S. Tax Code. Federal Tax ID number is 31-1628040
Captain Muazzam Ali Shaheed Welfare Trust (CMAST) has an understanding with One Ummah Foundation USA to collect donations in North America on behalf of the CMAST. One Ummah is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit charity and the donation is tax deductible under U.S. Tax Code. Federal Tax ID number is 93-1281392.
Captain Muazzam Ali Shaheed Welfare Trust (CMAST) is also registered in UK as a non-profit public benefit charity. The CMAST in UK acts as an independent trust body, and it is the sole responsible for the audits of its financial accounts as per British/European laws. The donations deposited in UK bank accounts are transferred to the CMAST bank accounts in Pakistan accordingly.
